My order was not delivered for almost a month, so I emailed the company & told them the situation, by email. I received a reply almost instantly & was asked if I would like a refund or replacement. Find another delivery provider than Royal Mail. They NEVER deliver the item you always have to pick it up from a depot 20 mins away. They don't carry the item with them when delivering.

With regard to delivery, they delivered within the 8 day period, but I was under the impression that it would be delivered the following day, therefore, it missed my daughter-in-law's birthday. Nonetheless, she was very pleased with the product.
