I have not contacted custoer services about this problem yet but when my parcel arrived, one of my products(the mac volcanic ash exfoliator) had leaked and the box was wet. When i opened i up, the piece of cardboard inside the lid did not fit properly and was hanging down. The other one was fine but this was a little dissappointing.

My item (Volcanic Ash Exfoliator) arrived beautifully packaged. I have already taken the opportunity to sample it and it is trully amazing!!! My skin feels so smooth and soft! I only wish it wasn't limited edition. Thanks MAC for making such a fantastic product!

The products are brilliant and so are the staff but courier delivery is frustrating! If it was royal mail delivery it could be leftand the local post office to be collected at a conveninet time. Although i appreciate i may just have been unfortnate in missing my courier and royal mail may not be the best option for all your customers!....
