need to put all the information about products online to make comparsions easier, similar products do not at present have similar levels of information.

Since this order I have made another one and found the service to be the exact opposite - not good at all. Very disappointing.

Sent an email on thursday to complain that only 22 of the 25 items ordered where in the delivery. still have had no reply from them

disappointing delivery. Driver apparently tried twice to find my address (everybody else finds it!) - no call or contact from supplier to say they had a problem. it was left up to me to try and trace my goods.

I was shocked when told I could not return the printer we had purchased online unless we paid a 15% charge which equated to just over £50.00. This is very unusual for a well known brand not to offer a full refund should you change your mind. Of course I would not have minded paying postage back. I will not be buying from PC World Business or PC World... More

This is the worst online shopping experience I have ever had. It has left me feeling frustrated, angry and still without a printer.

I ordered 58 item on an order in the region of £5,700 but only 11 items have been delivered. I expected the goods to be delivered within 3 working days but it has been exactly two weeks to the day since my order and I am still waiting for the rest of the order. I chose to give my business to PC World, but next time, I don't think so!

Very efficient transaction. However, the issue of Insurance on the product obtained was not raised either in the advert or even post-transaction. This is unlike the mode with the general pcworld goods. Also, my product arrived without a receipt confirming purchase.
