When the order arrived I received the one item in the wrong colour! I emailed immediately asking for an exchange for the right item and have not received a response - that was 3 days ago!

Very poor customer support. I have contacted their customer support twice since delivery because of an item I ordered was replaced with something I do not want. So far absolutly no response! Very poor.

i am highly satisfied with my purchase from Pet Zoo Reptile & Exotic Pet Shop. Hopefully it won't be long before my tortoises are benefiting from the t'Lady seed mix. Thank you.

I have received a zoomed repti sun 5 but it does not seem to stay on all the time.

When I placed the order I asked that the order be left in my garage if I was out. I was out on the Friday when an attempt to deliver it was made but it was taken away for redelivery on the next working day (Monday). I ordered the large turtle tub, Considering the size it arrived well within 48 hours of me placing my order. My Terrapins love it already!

I placed an order but nothing was delivered, no contact or notification from Pet Zoo, the delivery date just keeps sliding back and back, not impressed in the slightest.

we always use this shopping site to get food for or reptiles had a few mishaps b4 but all is well now and we keep cuming back overall were very happy..

have never received goods payed extra so delivery would be sooner. Have been asked to comment on goods that i have received? why survey me on something i have not yet got.
