I expected delivery in 3 to 5 days. It took 13, although the payment was taken from my account on the day of purchase. I used my account log to check on the status of the order but all it said for 11 days was processing order. I contacted customer support by e-mail and only received a holding reply and a commitmnet to get back to me in 24 hours. I received... More

I was not sure how prompt the delivery would be, but the item arrived after in about half the estimated delivery time...I was thrilled! The item was very well packaged so there was no danger of it being damaged in the post...I will use Purelygadgets again!

Ironic! You send me the survey before the product. You tell me 2-5 days now 7 no order tracking and you want me to comment on your service! Not Happy

If it hadn't been for the delay in the goods then I would have been extremely happy. It was ordered because the information received said it would take 2-5 days, the goods was ordered for an occasion which had passed by the time it arrived. Was thinking of cancelling goods if it hadn't been for an email received saying that it was on its way?

I am happy with the product but would not buy from purely gadgets if I needed it quickly. It took 6 working days to arrive.

I have ordered last Saturday(183518-287624) and today is Friday and am still waiting, contacted your staff questioned why the order status has been "Awaiting courier to pick up" for 3 days on Thursday and he promised me the item will ship that day and I will get it before weekend but I really doubt it now, since I have just check and the status... I was very disappointed that the product I had ordered was not in stock, and that my order had not been updated in my account accordingly; but customer service is excellent, which makes me likely to consider Purelygadgets again.

I had a problem which meant I had to return the product. I found that the manufacturer's return process was much better than that offered by the retailer.

I ordered on Sunday 19th. On Monday 20th it was waiting to be packaged. Today it is Monday 27th and it's status is that it is waiting to be picked up by the courier. I have never had to wait this long before. We went away for the weekend on Saturday morning and was hoping to take the camera with me, I was very disappointed.
