We asked for a call from the delivery driver when he arrived as it was a work address delivery. This would have enabled us to meet him & transfer the goods directly into the car saving everyone time. We did not get the call. The boxes were pretty much chucked out of the van so its hard to tell if this caused the excessive damage to the packaging or whether... More

The item I ordered was delivered within 3 days and I am very pleased with it. I have e mailed the company that I purchased it from (Robert Dyas) to thank them for this product.

I was happy with everything apart from the delivery. Both my son and I were in on the time and day of the original delivery and were suprised to find a card through the door to say they had been to deliver and no one was home. This was despite having both a door knocker and a door bell.

The ordering process was fine, the item is great - the delivery and lack of assistance by those delivering your items (Citylink) was absolutely appalling. Their complete lack of communication and understanding resulted three attempts for the parcel to be delivered to an incorrect address and my finally having to take TWO days off work to wait for it... More

The only small criticism I have is that when I checked the state of my order it said that it had not been dispatched but to my surprise the order arrived the next day - actually earlier than I expected so it was only the the 'paperwork' that was not up-to-date. Overall the service was first class.
