My order has not arrived. I palced the order 11 days ago and I am rather worried as to its whereabouts. The items are a birthday present and need to arrive within 2/3 days or I will ahve to purchase something else!!

I actually phoned as i was extrememly impressed by the service. I only ordered the product around midnight n the Friday and received the goods first thing on the Tuesday (due to the weekend). Delighted with my first order.

My order was not in stock scullery workshop contacted me by phone and I opted to wait for more stock. Customer service good Product availability bad.

about 5 minutes after i placed the order they rang to apologize it was out of order but that it would be in 2 days time. i was very impressed by this
