Totally Fitness cancelled my order and did not tellme why. I have emailed them three times over the past 10 days and they have not emailed back to confirm why the order was cancelled. They appear to be completely incapable of communicating - my recommendation is not to buy from this company.
I ordered pink ankle/wrist weights for my daughter who is disabled, as a therapy item. Unfortunately, when the item finally arrived, they were blue, not pink. They had obviously been packed in the incorrect box, as even the box indicated they were pink. Disappointing but needed to use the item straight away so did not want the trouble of phoning/email... I was e mailed to say the delivery was delayed.I e mailed back a query which was NOT responded to.When I phoned I could not be identified by way of the order number! and had to give my name and e mail address.I was then informed the fitflops would be on their way in a day or two,they arrived today.
when i purchased my product there was no mention that they were out of stock. It wasn't until after the order was booked and my money taken that they tell me that the product is not in stock.
