Order was delayed by 6 days. They then couldn't put my payment through and asked me to call within 5 days, I left a message when I rang them and then got through to them after 4 days. The only thing would be to allow the user to zoom in on the product more; it was difficult to see exactly what the product looks like/the material etc which put me off making a purchase

The product I ordered was out of stock, however the very next day they emailed me to let me and they never charged my card as a result. Overall I was just disappointed that what I wanted was out of stock. But I would order from them in the future. Thanks

I am disappointed by everything boardsports have given me. terrible customer services, not delivered on time and some items were cancelled when the FAQs quite clearly said all items listed on the site were in stock.
