Would rather the order status email was from a slightly disguised email address. Receiving an email shouting "do-not-reply@sextoys.com" made me turn my computer off very quickly as I didn't want my children to see it!

Very good customer service, unfortunatly due to an unforseeable mishap my item was a little late, I could not speak to anyone regarding it's whereabouts as my query was over the weekend. I have been very satisfied with the service i have recieved.
