I e-mailed So Special regarding my order and they failed to respond leaving me no alternative but to cancel. Customer support is non existent.

I send a few e-mails and never ra-play.I try to call by phone but the phone don't work,and I'm waiting for the refund because I cancel the order .I hope arrive soon the refund. Thanks

i wonder if you can help ??? i paid £188.01 to so special on the 14th of october and i still have not received anything.I cannot get through on the number that is listed on their site and they are not responding to the numerous e-mails that i have sent.has the company ceased trading and if so,what are the chances of getting my money back.i would appreciate... i have returned two items which i have done over 2 weeks ago, i have mailed a few times as i havent recieved a placement as the first product was faulty and the other i didnt recieve please can you follow this up

When I placed my order it made out as if theproduce was in stock. IT was only after I made my payment that I found out that it was not.

I was very disappointed with my product Eyesential. I have ordered it three times before from other suppliers, and the bottles were always full to the top. This bottle’s content was only 1/3. So that is the reason why I won’t order from this person again. Best wishes Kinga
