No Order No Contact No Refund I have rung,emailed with no response cannot state how dissapointed i am with this site, customer service none existant phone contact no is answer phone -not returned calls.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Ordered product over a month ago and still have not received order. They don't answer the phone and do not reply to emails.

Never recieved the goods,money was taken from my account 3 days after the order was placed, rang 5 times straight to a answer machine, left 3 messangers but no response, **** website very disappointed. No care at all to customers

scam company should be shut down. No goods, No refund. Only ever an answer phone, emails not answered.

Placed order on the 16th February. It is now the 25th February and no sign of my 1st class recorded order. Have tried contacting Purple Pleasures numerous times via E-mail and Telephone to no avail. No replies to my e-mails and no answer from the telephone number on their website. I have contacted my bank as I suspect fraud Definitely will not be using... More

I have not recieved my items. I have contacted the company several times via phone and email and have had no response. I will contact trade standard if I do not receieve these items in the next week VERY dissapointed.
