I have not yet received my order and Universal have NOT responded to my e-mail advising the goods had not been delivered.

Service, quality and availability of the product were fine. Delivery by 1st class mail took 1 week which is slow, however this could have been an issue with the Royal Mail rather than Universal.

The original product was not available - may have been discontinued, but the substitute was agreed on and arrived on time with no problems whatsoever.

The items I purchased were quite small and light in weight. They were delivered by DHL,this took longer than I expected to arrive, I think it would have been faster by normal post.
