The price was good, but the ordereing mechanism deeply flawed. I waited for the laptop to be delivered, but could see no change of status on th etracking page. Eventually I called customer service, and was told there was a problem with my bank and I should contact them. I checked with my credit car company, there was no problem, Microwarehouse should... More

Why can't all on-line shopping sites be so easy and fuss-free! Microwarehouse had the product in stock, it was easy to register & order & it was delivered in 2 days, to the Isle of Man!! Other sites I have used, delivery takes at least a week & some still don't deliver to the Isle of Man at all!

Simply don't state you have product in stock when you don't. I ordered from you because you had "229 in stock". I contacted you the next day when I noticed the goods haven't been sent only to be informed that "there had been a problem at the warehouse, but, it will be dispatched today. Another day passes, still nothing. Phoned up again... More

The Toshiba laptop had a hardware fault and the response from Microwarehouse was excellent. Your staff also quickly appreciated that I was very knowledgeable where computers are concerned and did not patronise me. This was my first purchase from you and I am sure it will not be the last.

The laptop wasnt available to send out immediately, bit disappointed that I had to phone to find out this, however, when I did phone it was explained to me that delivery from supplier had been made and I then received my full order the very next day. Obviously I was impressed by this and felt that I should add my comments to this effect.
