Stop selling the 4 channel PCI SATA cards SIL3114, they stop windows (windows XP pro and Windows 2003 server fresh install) from going into standby and you must reset the machine to get out of this problem!!!!

I am very pleased with the purchasing experience, but unfortunately the product has developed a fault so I need to exchange it. I have not contacted LinITX yet about this - but presume this will be no problem.

My order was picked and dispatched within MINUTES! Delivery from England to Sweden was faster than expected. This was a very good example of how thing should be!

Re my contact w customer support: when buying online, there was a glitch & my shipping address was inserted as my billing address, but I didn't notice till the transaction was completed.
