One of my 2 items was sent separately but no-one told me. I was worried that it was lost but eventually, the day before it came, I got an email message saying it would come separately. A lot of orer tracking systems seem to send information only at the point of dispatch, this is one of them, not very good.

My order was placed on the 11th November and I paid by Paypal so there could not have been a delay in payment. The order was only posted on the 17th and that after I had complained of non delivery. I expected to receive my parcel within two days but had to wait seven.

I would have been a lot happier if my ful order had arrived. Order no = 30529 arrived with one box f discs less. Emailed twice regarding the order and still no reply hopefully they will respond by Monday. Alex

I think that offering a discount for increased orders would encourage higher sales.

Didn't have my first choice of product but the replacements met my needs. One of the items ordered was also out of stock subsequently - permission was required from me to agree replacement. Not perfect replacement but it should be okay. This meant a slight delay to shipping time but that is not a problem.

after recieving 'blank' e-mails from pc media also givingall my banking details ,i was toldthat the item was out of stock! why could this have not been done BEFORE! ALSO THE REPLACEMENT ITEM WAS NOT THE SAME SPECK...and more expensive .when i sent e-mails to ask for a reply,to my cancellation of my order, no e-mail was sent to me!!
