purchase took over a week to be sent orders i made after this i recieved first order made 3 days later arrived 3 days previous ok one was next day but other was 1 to 4 days promised it would be sent one day and it wasnt sent till the next day after using svp several times i feel they have seriously dropped down in the service they give at present i wouldnt... SVP are quality - unfortunately this time round one of my purchased items (blank CDRs) were not in stock meaning if I order them again I will have to pay full postage again (makes a big impact on just a spindle of discs.) I bought an item which, when it arrived, was not as described. I emailed the company. I was told I would be contacted regarding return and refund. Therewas not explanation as to why this happened. A week later, I am still waiting.
