As stated before I have bought several products from Rushbox over the past 2 years and cannot fault anything, from ordering to product quality. I will continue to use Rushbox. Very happy!

Initially sent me an incorrect item but rectified this in a timely manner and let me keep the item sent in error without charge. I did return one of the items I ordered and they refunded my money promptly.

my first experience with rushbox was excellent! among other on-line shops it's got the fastest delivery, they've sent all the itemes within one delivery. I'll defenitely recommend it to my friends and will continue shopping there

my only negative comment would be that Royal Mail delivered the package to a neighbour......which is obviously a good thing.....but they left no notification at my house which resulted in me contacting Royal Mail to ask them where the package was. I liked the fact that Rushbox sent it by recorded mail so i could track the package. All ended well.

I had a problem entering my address, the cause of which turned out to be an apostrophe which their software didn't like, but the customer service dept and IT staff quickly resolved the matter for me, with great courtesy, and my order was still delivered on time, with no delay. Excellent service all round.

The site said my chosen product was also available in chocolate but I couldn't see any way of finding//ordering that version

I purchased o'neill gloves, unfortunately one of the buttons on the glove is damaged. I will not be returning the item as I will not receive the new glove in time, however maybe a little more attention to the quality of the goods you despatch.
