I was very disappointed to be told after i had placed that the item was not in stock and would be unavailable for a few weeks. The website should have stated it was unavailable until x date.

great range of car seats AND you have them in stock!!!! Lots of other retailers (which I wont mention here) state'in stock' but receive an email 4 days later saying sorry blah blah blah.... Thanks for being well stocked and keeping the people...
