i was extremely pleased as i couldnt find another product of this standard in the uk. i was given an approximate delivery date which was only 3 days, and it arrived in 2. i was pleased with every aspect of the service. chris marsden

i placed the order on 18th feb. didnt have the colour i wanted so emailed me a few days after the order was placed to ask if i would take a diff colur. i said id prefer the one i originally ordered. i asked for delivery on saturday 14th march. stayed in to wait for it...didnt arrive. emailed the company 3 times floowing that and eventually they replied... This was a perfect online transaction. Lightning delivery of exactly the items I'd ordered, all well packaged and in perfect condition (although the delivery driver dropping the box hard on the tarmac did alarm me somewhat - the box was clearly marked FRAGILE). The prices compare favourably with my local store and I will definitely return to this online... More

i am a large breeder and do need things in large bulk special coming up to breeding season, so i made a small order with this company to see what they are like and i am glad i did. i was assured that they items would be delievered on the 9th. the 9th came and went. not a word, not even an apology for the delay. another six days passed and still no word... Thank you for putting heat pads in with the crickets - great idea and really appreciated in the very cold weather we had recently. Our usualy suppliers crickets were nearly all dead over two orders recently!
