The product ; Venicon, did not work and i tried it many timess, but the delivery was quick.

Product very disappointing as I have order similiar before from other companies in the past, and of course once you have tried a product it is not the sort of thing you can return.

Problem was with the £5 gift voucher.I couldn't redeem the voucher online.Called Customer services and they deducted the £5,but then charged me for P&P,because the total amount for the order came down to below £60 after the gift voucher was deducted :(

Order placed LATE Tuesday, I anticipated delivery for the weekend but did not arrive until the following Tuesday. However, I appreciate the parcel may have been delayed due to the Bank Holiday

The item wasn't in stock - but I wasnt informed until I contacted Passion8 to find out why my account hadnt been charged. An email explaining the stock issue would have been good. On and after my phonecall to customer services, service was good.
