Flute pad-saver product not a complete kit and not as shown on website. Although a refund may be possible the return postage would negate the refund.

I paid £10 extra to have the goods delivered on a set day but they were delivered 2 days early - fortunately we were in to receive the keyboard, but it wasn't the service I'd paid for.

The item I ordered from Norman was a birthday gift and it arrived very quickly after ordering. I examined the contents of the package and was delighted to find It was even better than anticipated. The recipient is extremely pleased with the gift. Thank you to Normans

Because of medical problems on my part and a requirement for me to attend many medical appointments I had to contact Normans about my order but only to verify delivery instructions (In case I was attending a medical appointment), the young lady I spoke to was very friendly, courteous and helpful and my shopping experience with Normans was excellent... I was happy with my order but I was going to spend £1200+ on a saxophone but following a 5 day delay on my email enquiry to your sales team I purchsed elsewhere (YAS 62) disappointed with this side & a loss to yourselves using the internet I expect quick response and in this case it wasn;t met.
