My Order was delayed and even though I had recieved confirmation from the online help team that my order had been dispatched the marked postage date was 7 days after the date I had been told that the items had been posted.

One Item arrived broken with some items missing. Artymiss did all that they could to resolve the problem & eventually replaced broken item & included a few freebies as compensation. Top marks!

I think the site is great and was happy with my purchase. But it did arrive several days later than I expected. But all in one piece when it did and I'm delighted with the products. I'll definitely buy from Arty Miss again.

An email to let me know that part of my order could not be filled when it was processed would have been really handy, having to wait for the parcel, only to find something essential was missing was a bit annoying... I had waited needlessly for the item when I could have bought it elsewhere and already began to use it, and I had to make a special trip... More

I am really impressed by ArtyMiss. The offers are amazing and oh so tempting. My crafting is limited by health problems and as it is I have lots of items just waiting for me to be well enough to use them! They are such good quality and there are always such good bagains.

The only thing I can say that the site is brilliant. They do need to sort they're dispatch communication out as I have no idea what is happening to my order once I've made it ie don't know when it's been dispatched so it's a bit of a guess when the order will turn up.
