I was extremely happy with the order experience, ordering was easy with the way the it is desighned. Delivery was as expected on time and in perfect condition when it arrived. I think it is excellent the way my order is packed as if it is a gift and on the order invoice you get a hand written Thank You. I will almost deffinately use otter fashions again... More

The order ran smoothly from start to finish, I was updated on the progress of the order throughout and I received the goods in good time and in good condition.

Although on the Otter website it states that products are usually shipped within 24 hours, both of the recent purchases I have made from Otter have been shipped almost a week after the purchase was made.

I ordered White undies but they came out Pink on the final order (after I paid). I reported it via the response email I received but they were delivered Pink. I am not too bothered and will probably still wear them (in private). But you might like to check your online form is working OK.

How can I comment on whether a delivery arrived on time when I was given no timescale? Also I think that to order an item on the 9th August and to find it is NOT shipped until 18th August is terrible delivery service. I have only given positive feedback as I am happy with the items purchased - had they been something like a birthday gift which had not... More
