I ordered the product and paid the additional delivery charge for next day delivery the item was NOT delivered on time.

Ordered whisky as gift for Father. Order was placed 03.06 I was charged £6.95 for 48hr del. 09.06-whisky arrived. Contacted support to complain, promised call back, no-one called. Gift nicely wrapped, hand-written card nice touch. Will use again.

Order on 48 hourdid not arrive after 3 work days.Unable to use products when I wanted to. When we returned Fri 28th we found packages in full view in our unlocked porch. This is a very poor service indeed.

I ordered a product by the 48 hour delivery deadline, & had not received it, I rang the sales line & was assured I would receive a call back in 10 mins telling me what was going on. I did not receive a phone call explaining my now, late order.
