despite including my name on the internet order, the delivered package sent to my place of my work delivery address did not include my name and as there are 15,000 staff here the post room had to open the package to find out who it was for.

Had to wait a week for delivery but cable shop were quite helpful on the phone, when I queried this. It arrived JUST in time to give as a present. Can't comment yet on its success.
