You had what I wanted at a good price. My problem was resolved quickly. Your stores need some work. The one here is dirty looking and disorganized. It is not pleasant.

It would have been helpful to know the dimensions of the boots, like how high the shaft is. The manufacturer makes several similar products that are differentiated by their height.

Since this item is a Christmas gift for our 14 year old son....we have yet to give it to him since it's only December 22nd. But soon we will know if he is happy with it.

Item was delivered to home and was more weight thn expected, and was not easy to move, resulting in injury. it should require someone to be presentto receive the item and a delivery that includes bringing inside the home (like furniture).
