sadly the size was just that bit too small to be comfortable, and i have to return them.Am unable to comment on customer services as yet, hopefully there will be no problems with the refund.

very happy with returns particularly as i misread the sizing details and ordered the wrong product. confusing messages about when delivery expected and received product a month earlier than stated but an extra product had been included by mistake....
