Unfortunately it was the delivery failure of the second item that let the whole experience down. The item was showing as shipped at the same time as the other item, yet took over a week later and several mails to arrive.

I was critical of the customer support because they were not able to provide any further information than what I was already able to see for myself from the on-line information. i was a bit supprised that they delivered to a house up the road and just left a card saying that it had been delivered to a different address as my mother doesn't know the people it was delivered to

I used the chatline method of contacting DABS but I still think DABS should haved a phone query service. There was a delay in the availability of the Home delivery on line tracking service.

I wanted a laptop that was out of stock. I went ahead & ordered it because i was told the shipping address could be changed as I was moving home. However it then turned out I was given false information by one of Dabs' online assistants. i therefore had to cancel the order & get this laptop instead.

Problem with 'bundle' offer. As screen was free with projector I did not expect to have to click on a separate order on screen. Dabs did agree to send the free screen though. (If they hadn't I would have returned the projector for a full refund)
