My tent was missing poles I called customer service who appoligised and orderd new poles. When I called a few days later the woman I spoke to told me she could see I had called in but the order had not been progressed. She reorded and the new poles turned up a few days later. The product is ok. I bought a cheap tent and thats what I got I didnt get a good tent at a cheap price!!!!!
