What concerns me about buying clothes online is that they won't fit. I usually buy size L but the L T-shirt I purchased from you would have fit 2 of me. This is hardly my fault however I had to pay for the carriage when it was returned. I also had to wait a day (or 8 hrs) for a returns no. See Howies website for a great returns policy. Everything else was excellant, quality, response, delivery, price, etc.

We are happy to exchange items that do not fit, unfortunately we cannot afford to offer free returns, we do cover the cost of sending an exchanged item out to you so you only have to pay to return the item to us. It costs approx £1.70 to return a t-shirt ( 2nd class recorded ).
We ask that you request a returns number before sending something back to as because we want to know who the items has come from, what you want us to do with it and more importantly if you want a refund where to refund the money to!
Howies do offer a goods returns policy that does not differ too much from our own , they offer a free returns service but only on full price items.
