My only grumble was the delivery costs for orders in the UK. I thought the cost was quite high but then I appreciate that if I had ordered a few items this cost would have become less of an issue and the item was lower than the original price also. Overall very satisfied with the service and will use again.

The only issue I had was that although the order was accepted the day I submitted it I wasn't given the delivery date until a a few days later. This meant that although the order did indeed arrive on time according to Extreme Pie's delivery email. It also meant that it arrived 3 days later than I was anticipating. Which was frustrating!!

It would be very useful if you could speak to someone outside 9 - 5 or at the weekends. If you are working full time and need an RA Number it is quite awkward. The only other complaint is having to pay return postage. My last order, one item was stained so had to be returned along with an other item for exchange as we needed the next size and I was told... More

I tried to get a returns number using the website but it refused to work despite trying on a number of occasions. In the end I had to phone them - which was fine. Slightly dismayed by the cost of returning the goods and having to pay for registered delivery. Number of companies do free returns.

I have e-mailed as instructed for a returns reference but have recieved NO reply in the given timeframe. Not impressed.
