Full Review for Oyyy.co.uk

I bought an LG 22in Flatron M228WD LCD TV from these people and after I tried it, I was very disappointed with the tinny sound quality and asked oyyy if I return it for this reason. They said that as I had used it, ie plugged it in, they would not take it back. How can I judge the quality if I can't listen to it??? I contacted Consumer Direct who said that oyyy could not do this under the Distance Selling Regulations 2000 - I emailed oyyy asking for it to be returned but so far they have ignored my e-mail. I have never had a problem like this with any other internat seller and I would advise everybody to give these cowboys a wide berth.

This statement is wildly inaccurate and unfair particularly as he made it whilst we were still investigating his claim. Suffice to say the details as stated here are not the same as the conversations we've had with this customer.
