Although I was happy with my product I was not happy at having to contact your customer service to be told that the company only deliver between 9-5pm Mon-fri. This is a problem for people like myself who work full time. It not only delayed my order but inconvenienced me having to have it delievered to my day job as my job involves being off site. however... More

The delivery date given was the 25th Nov '08, between 8.00am and 6.00pm. A long to wait when nothing turns up. If this is a frequent event, then maybe select either an am or pm drop off, so customers don`t feel like prisoners in their own home!

i have to admit i was very happy with the way my order was handle and very impressed with the speed at which it was deliverd i would rate pet zoo 10/10 and will deffinetly be using them again .dave a very happy customer

They need to learn only to take a payment if they have the item in stock. Very poor shopping experience. They confirm the order before checking stock. Would not order again or recommend to anyone else:-(
