Everything about the purchase was fine EXCEPT the packaging. Bubblewrap was put around the OUTSIDE of the box when it would have been far more effective INSIDE where it could have stopped the glass panels being broken in the lanterns. As it was the largest lantern was free to rattle around, resulting in four of the six glass panels being completely smashed... More
