 Poor function and poor technical support

Comments:
I bought the first time HP laser all-in-one printer directly from HP online. Then found out that there was a problem to print out pdf or jpg files. Called the technical support many times for around 2 weeks, they said they called back, but nothing happened, and the technical supports couldn't recommend any solutions or even refund. I wrote to HP and got no response. The staff had no ideas about what pdf or jpg files mean and don't deal with it. Very very disappointed and frustrated. Not recommend anyone at all!
