There is no tracking system. Although my items were listed as having been dispatched on 23rd April I did not receive them until today, 15th May. In contacting Cheapsmells they did not provide any tracking either, rather quote the '14+ days for...

There is not so much choice available as previously and the delivery time is far too long. I actually was on holiday when it arrived as I had assumed parcel would arrive before my departure.
