In the days of automated online selling, it is nice if companies can add a personalised touch to an order. This is the only thing missing in the experience of shopping with Complete Outdoors in my opinion.

there was one small item missing in the product but I contacted complete outdoors and they were very helpful and the part is on its way.this was not there fault but the manufacturer so I could not blame them for the part that was missing.

It would have been helpful to have received a 'product despatched' type of email. I was unable to log into the account to check status of order. 'Forgot password' did not work and checked email filters in case email had been recorded as spam, but...

A good experience. Pleased with my shoes. Only down side is that is was a signed for parcel and that is a nuisance as cannot be left with a neighbour apparently and entailed a trip out to our local sorting office to collect my parcel.
