the order was placed on monday night but not dispatched till the friday and arrived after the birthday party.kites were bought elsewhere to ensure kites were flying at the party.Kiteworld order placed at the same time arrived the next day (tuesday)

The end section of the teescopic pole has a flaw in the attachment eye so is usless. I tried to phone Kites R US on the given number but calls were not being received. I wrote by post explaining the problem and asking for a replacemnet end section...
