The products were fine and thankfully I didn't order any small items but by the time my order arrived to me the box was broken completely unsecure and beyond repair. This is unacceptable.

Zooplus is fine but delivery service not satisfactory. Zooplus said it was ready for dispatchon 8th didnt get delivered until 15th. No status at all until 15th then said outfor delivery. Lucky we were home. Last time got warning

I always order my cats' litter packs and James Wellbeloved food from Zooplus because the price is so good, the service is excellent and I appreciate not having to drag a load of heavy goods back from the shops - and I always end up buying something...

The product was delivered to the wrong address (!), which it why it did not arrive on time. It was delivered to my neighbour at number 11A rather than me at number 13. As my neighbour was away we did not realise that until they returned a few days...

great customer service they gave me a discount for being a 1st time user and my my goods arrived there was a voucher for another discount for use next time. also a little packet of dog chews were included which was a nice touch

My intital response to first email was not informative and annoyed me, However when I sent second message the response was imformtive and explanatory. A resolution was found and my faith restored.
