Love the shoes! They took longer than claimed to be delivered (maybe it was Bank Holiday delay), though that wasn't an issue - I just began to be a little concerned. Impossible to "track" via DHL - the site didn't work.

Only low score is on product itself which was a sandal but cross over strap dis proportionally wide ruined look and fit of sandal. Service both delivery, return and refund can not be faulted

The delivery was very slow to arrive compared with other online companies. They sent the wrong size shoes. The returns system is bizarre and would not work. Impossible to print out returns label on either personal computer or business computer...
