Ordered with express (next day delivery at 12:30pm). Paid by Paypal for guaranteed payment. Order accepted & acknowledged ok. 24 hours later Sarenza sent email saying additional ID required - obviously this makes a nonsense of accepting next day...

My only niggle is that I was advised that the it took 3 working days to process my order, and then it wasn't collected by DHL for another 2 working days.Otherwise, very happy.

Since it is very difficult to find size 2.5 shoes in UK, Sarenza is very helpful for me. Please do not cut out those small sizes.
