Always good looking plants, I'm very satisfied with the plants from Suttons, and continue to buy from them. One plant was missing from the delivery, and when I contacted customer service I got positive and pleasant answer.

I did not receive the item I ordered as I was informed by Suttons that the item was not up to standard and they were not able to obtain replacement.

It wasn't clear that the cover I ordered would need the frame, which is only available with the polythene cover, had I realised I would have ordered both and saved myself the additional £5 it's cost me in another delivery charge.
