Items were not delivered on time. When I rang and spoke to FT (sorry, I have forgetten the name of the person I spoke with) she found that an attempt had been made to deliver earlier in the week, and that the goods would be delivered the next day....

Quite like the way ordering is made easy for Internet shopping. Packaging and instructions look very clear, not assenbled yet so cannot comment on this part, the video tutorials look helpful!
