Everything was available and included. It nearly killed the Postmistress getting it out of her van ! We thought there was more packaging round the items than was really necessary. I have saved it to re-cycle, but I am sure you could pack tighter...

i have no faith with your carrier ups,when i got my order i just put a stroke on for signature and it was handed over. as i say i have no faith with your carrier ups.

Brilliant service & I have already recommended them to individuals and an on line expat forum. - A pity they can't deliver frozen or fresh to Portugal though and if they could, I's order more. :)
