Very please with my purchase. Many thanks. I was advised at the time of purchase that one item was out of stock and the date it would be available. This was very accurate and I was contacted immediately to arrange a seperate delivery date.

It wasn't easy to fit the shower unit as the offset 1/2" to 3/4" connectors were too long and the collars did not reach to the wall. There was a 2.5cm gap. In the end I bought a new straight bush and 1/2"to 3/4" nipple. Even so I had to cut down the...

nightmare experience 2 weeks after order still no shower, cant get through on the telephone waiting time ringing in excess of twenty minutes and still not answered.... it is vital for your sanity than you never purchase or attempt to purchase...

The only negative was that I would have liked to receive the order sooner but the delivery cost was too prohibitive, however having chosen the first available date at the lower cost the item arrived exactly when expected.
